As much as, as if, as though, after, before, as well as, as soon as, no sooner than, scarcely when, hardly before, because of, both and, either or, neither nor, even if এর ব্যবহার

As much as এর ব্যবহার : যতখুশি পরিমাণ অর্থে as much as বসে । যেমন :
He likes honey as much as he like basketball.

As if/as though এর ব্যবহার : যেন অর্থে As if বা As though ব্যবহার করা হয় । যেমন :
He walks as if he were lame.

After, Before এর ব্যবহার : পূর্বে অর্থে Before এবং পরে অর্থে After ব্যবহার করা হয় । যেমন :
(i) John Keats had died before the doctor came.
(ii) John Keats died after the doctor had come.

As well as এর ব্যবহার : সেই সাথে অর্থে As well as ব্যবহার করা হয় । যেমন :
Raju as well as his brother is clever.

As soon as, No sooner ... than, Scarcely ... when, Hardly ... before এর ব্যবহার : কোন একটি কাজ শেষ হতে না হতেই আরেকটি কাজ শুরু হওয়া বোঝাতে এগুলো ব্যবহার করা হয় । যেমন :
(i) The thief left me as soon as he came.
(ii) No sooner had he left than I came.
(iii) Scarcely had I entered the room when it began to rain.
(iv) Hardly had the rain stopped before we got down.

Because, Because of এর ব্যবহার : কারণ অর্থে Because, Because of ব্যবহার করা হয় । Clause এর পূর্বে Because এবং Phrase এর পূর্বে Because of বসে । যেমন :
(i) I can't go to school because I am ill.
(ii) Because of his obstinacy, we could not reach any conculation.

Both ... and এর ব্যবহার : উভয়ই অর্থে Both ... and ব্যবহার করা হয় । যেমন :
Both he and his brother will go.

Either ... or, Neither ... nor এর ব্যবহার : Either ... or এর অর্থ দুটির মধ্যে যে কোন একটি এবং Neither ... nor এর অর্থ দুটির কোনটিই না । যেমন :
(i) Either you do this or leave the room.
(ii) He is neither criminal nor harmit.

Even if এর ব্যবহার : যদিও, তবুও অর্থে Even if ব্যবহার করা হয় । যেমন :
He is a good person, even if he has a troubled past.
I am going to the party even if it rains.

Else ... than/but এর ব্যবহার : ছাড়া বা ব্যতীত অর্থে Else ... than ব্যবহার করা হয় । যেমন :
He has none else than/but her mother.
